Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the dental staff.
Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate patient records, including filing documents and managing health information.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental office, clinic, or hospital setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff.
Familiarity with health information management practices and medical terminology.
Proficient in filing systems and maintaining organized records.
