Dental Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator (3+ Years Front Desk Dental Experience Required)

We are an established, fee-for-service dental practice in Louisville, providing high-quality general and surgical dentistry for the entire family. Our busy, fast-paced office has one location (non-corporate) and a dedicated team, many of whom have been with us for years. We are proud to maintain a safe, respectful, and patient-focused environment for both our team and our patients.

This is a

full-time, 4-day-per-week position (including Fridays).

What We're Looking For

Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator will have a strong background in dental front office operations and patient customer service.

Strong dental scheduling skills

are essential to keeping our office running smoothly, along with excellent phone skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of dental insurance and office protocols. Just as importantly, we are seeking someone with a

warm, friendly demeanor

who creates a welcoming experience for every patient.

Qualifications

3+ years dental front office experience (mandatory)

Strong dental scheduling skills with attention to accuracy and efficiency Excellent patient-focused customer service Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance verification (PPO knowledge required) Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Dentrix software (preferred) Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking ability Dependable team player with initiative, follow-through, and a positive attitude Passionate about patient care and supporting colleagues
