Who you are:

Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). 3 years+ experience as a Dentist or Clinical Director with a mind for mentorship and growth. Active license and has any needed certificates. Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to help your dentists and office succeed. Excellent chair-side experience, leadership, and teambuilding skills. Lead an engaged team of dental professionals with Lumio Dental. Ethical and willing to stay in compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
