Position Overview:

Our office is hiring for a Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team! This position is heavily focused on patient care, instrument preparation and assisting during dental procedures. The Dental Assistant is instrumental in our goal to meet the high standards we set for patient experience and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits Overview:

$300 Sign On Bonus! $150 paid at first check, $150 paid after 90 days employment $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience) 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance Full Time and Part Time positions available!

Job Duties:

Assist dentists during dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and sealant application Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety Greet and comfort patients, ensuring they feel calm and secure throughout their dental visit Take routine dental X-rays or as directed by the dentist Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care Accurately document patient records and treatment notes Maintain professional communication with the dental team, patients, and parents Excellent communication skills, especially with children and their parents
