The Role

We're hiring a

full-time Dental Assistant

who wants to work in an efficient, team-driven practice. You will assist in both orthodontic and general dentistry procedures, working directly with the dentist and assisting team in a modern environment.

This is not an idle role. You will stay busy, learn quickly, and be relied on.

What We're Looking For

Required:

South Dakota Dental Assistant License (or eligibility) Professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliability and accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting Clear communication skills

Preferred (not required):

Straight-wire orthodontics experience Invisalign experience Restorative experience (crowns, fillings, impressions) Radiography experience Digital charting software Intra-oral scanning and impressions

consider newer assistants if you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Chairside assisting Preparing patients and clinical rooms Instrument sterilization and infection control Dental radiographs Charting and documentation Impressions and intra-oral scanning Temporary restorations Patient education and instructions Equipment care Supply management Emergency assistance when required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week

Experience:

Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

X-Ray Certification (Required) South Dakota Dental Assistant License (Required)
