Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a practice grounded in modern, evidence-based dentistry. This role is ideal for someone who values education, enjoys staying current with best practices, and takes pride in providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Some Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures using evidence-based clinical protocols Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with a focus on safety and efficiency Take digital dental X-rays Support accurate clinical charting and documentation Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards Participate in team training, continuing education, and clinical discussions Manage dental supplies and support clinical workflow

What We're Looking For:

CDA required X-ray certification required Interest in continuing education and professional development Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively
