Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate
Dental Assistant
to join our team and support a Dentist Office in the West Mobile area.Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after appointments Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control standards Take and develop digital X-rays Record medical histories and update patient charts Prepare materials for impressions, fillings, and other procedures Provide excellent chair-side assistance and patient care Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene Maintain inventory and ensure clinical areas are clean and organized###
Requirements
Basic Life Saving Training required or willing to obtain before starting Prior dental assisting experience preferred*, but willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Dental Assistant Certification is a huge plus and can increase pay
