We are an established private practice looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dental assistant. We are currently seeking a confident, compassionate and experienced dental assistant to join our dynamic growth oriented team. Our offices are located in Henderson and Southwest part of the Vegas Valley. If you love a challenge and are committed to happy, healthy patients then we'd LOVE to meet you!

Rate of pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records and assist with procedures

Skills

Proven experience as dental assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Self Reliant and able to problem solve Experience with Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend preferred High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
