Dental Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, dependable, and eager to support both the clinical team and patients with excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and organize instruments and materials Take radiographs (X-rays) Ensure infection control standards are met and maintained Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and charts Provide exceptional customer service to all patients

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant certification X-ray certification CPR certification (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Team player with a positive attitude Expanded Functions Certification (EFDA) (preferred)
