Job Description

We welcome candidates with 0-5 years of experience. If you're new to dentistry, we're ready to train you. You'll assist chairside, support lab and administrative workflows, and gradually take on responsibilities in social media, content creation, and 3D printing workflows.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

(Clinical and patient care)

? Assist dentist during examinations and procedures (composite fillings, crowns, implants, etc.)

? Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments, trays, and treatment rooms

? Take and process intraoral digital scans, digital photography, digital X-rays or intraoral imaging

? Manage patient intake, update charts and records, take vital signs, record treatment data

? Assist with laboratory tasks (e.g. model printing, 3D veneer fabrication, polishing, ect.)

? Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op instructions

? Maintain inventory of supplies and materials, restocking where needed

(Digital / social media / 3D printing)

? Manage and grow the practice's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

? Develop content calendar, photo and video content, captions, and engagement strategies

? Monitor analytics, engagement metrics, and report on performance

? Maintain consistency of brand voice and coordinate with marketing campaigns

? Oversee 3D printing workflows: manage STL files, check print readiness, post

processing, and maintenance

? Assist with digital services: intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM file preparation, digital asset management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week
