Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dental Back-Office Lead RDA to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to our clinical team while ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as an

RDA

At least 2 years of back-office

leadership experience

Must have experience in

Orthodontics

and

Dental Implants

Current RDA license Current BLS certification Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
