Duties

Supervise children during their daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times Prepare and serve meals or snacks according to dietary guidelines and parental instructions Assist with homework, reading, and age-appropriate educational activities to promote learning and development Organize engaging games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and other stimulating activities that encourage growth and fun Follow parents' routines for naps, bedtime, hygiene, and medication administration when necessary Maintain a clean and organized environment by tidying up toys, supplies, and children's belongings Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise Adapt to changing schedules or special needs of children with flexibility and patience

Qualifications

Prior experience in childcare or babysitting preferred; certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with children of various ages Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively n Ability to follow detailed instructions from parents regarding routines, dietary restrictions, or special needs Energetic mindset with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being Must pass background checks as part of our commitment to safety Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, or occasional overnight shifts preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
