Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization



As Demand Planning Analyst your role is to assist in the creation of the monthly Wholesale Demand Plan for the

Reebok US and to upload the buy forecasts for Direct To Consumer buying team and the Wholesale strategic units for monthly buy cutoffs.

The Demand Plan (DP) is the basis for Purchasing and significantly influences the inventory management/stock turn and re-order availability. Therefore, it is also the foundation for reaching sales and inventory targets. Demand Plan accuracy is key especially in consideration of availability and inventory levels and in supporting Senior Leadership Team on tracking to overall sales goals and targets.

You help prepare for key milestone meetings (Hard Launch Buy Review, Mins Review, Monthly Key Rep Calls, Demand and Supply Review, etc). In addition, you'd support the team in updating the US Business partners on the order book progression, comparisons to prior years, and sharing consolidated sales rep forecasts and commentary throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:



Consolidate Ecom and Retail Buy Forecasts by size and troubleshoot range/size issues ahead of monthly buys deadlines Create Size Curve and Forecast Upload files, perform uploads and validate each article/channel/size demand was captured without error Own the consolidated weekly ship/open report for key business partners (including sales, product managers, range architecture, direct to consumer team, account operations) Ensure master account and article data keys are always up to date as they are key drivers in weekly and monthly reporting and business review meetings Assist in the Sales Rep Forecasting Process including creation of the seasonal article template, consolidation of forecasts received from sales reps so that summaries for business review can be created allowing teams to make smarter range, planning and forecasting decisions Support the Demand planning team on Wholesale monthly buy process including uploads, validation and the creation of risk buy forecasts (evergreen/never-out-of-stock projections, strategic buys, top up execution, manual buys for late demand) Support demand planning team on Global Supply Planning's seasonal forecast milestones (three times a season) Maintain wholesale size curve buckets and their uploads into the system Help the team update tools for monthly tracking reporting such as Sales Order to Forecast accuracy and seasonal waterfall comparisons (production po quantities vs. demand quantities) Run ad hoc reports for business partners on US orders, purchases and/or forecasts Heavily involved in the Go Live of new systems including testing, validations and troubleshooting with IT

Requirements



Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of work experience in demand planning preferred

The salary range for this position is

$65,000 - $80,000
