Work You'll Do
As a Summer Scholar in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currently recruiting Creative Design Summer Scholars whose skills and interests align with the below description:
Creative Design Summer Scholar

• This Summer Scholar is responsible for the strategic and creative planning, development, and optimization of visual and interactive elements across a variety of platforms and formats. This role translates user needs and business requirements into engaging features and functionality, contributing to the overall design strategy and execution that drives compelling user experiences and supports agency or business goals. By combining creativity with strategic thinking, this Scholar plays a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and delivering impactful visual solutions that drive business success and client engagement.
• Majors: Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2027 in these or related areas of study:

• Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
• Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $38/hour.
