Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

Delivery duties:

Pack wholesale orders in delivery van Deliver orders in a timely manner Collects empty delivery crates from delivery sites Collects cash and check from some customers The delivery shifts start at 5am so partners are delivered before 8am Take out packed croissants from Freezer Sunday afternoon/evening

Cleaning & Sanitation:

Sweep and mop floors Deep clean ovens and other kitchen equipment Wash dishes, small dishware in washing machine and sheet pans by hand Follow weekly and monthly clean-up list

Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to carry 50 pounds Valid driver license and clean driving record

Work Environment & Schedule:

Standing for extended periods and working in a warm kitchen environment. Full-time or part-time availability based on business needs.
