Requirements

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant: This is where you come in.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to help out at our bustling Portland warehouse & tool room. This role will require you to spend about 70% driving to job sites and 30% assisting in the warehouse. You will be expected to keep the warehouse organized and ensure tool and supplies arrive to job sites safely and in a timely manner.

Top 3 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero:

• Deliver material between storage area and MacMiller buildings, departments, and jobsites
• Schedule your route to make good use of time and resources, and to make sure jobsites get what they need on time
• Assist in receiving, processing, and tracking incoming/outgoing shipments & tools

The Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Assistant reports to Jed August - Portland Tool Room/Receiving Specialist.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have\xe2\x80\xa6

• Prior experience as a delivery driver, and/or in stockroom, production, warehouse, inventory, or other related experience
• The ability to adapt to flexible responsibilities and meet deadlines
• A clean driving record
• A current forklift certification, or the ability/willingness to obtain the training and certification

Benefits

Compensation: $18-$23 per hour.
