What You'll Do

Deliver stunning floral arrangements throughout the Petoskey area with care and a smile. Be the friendly face (and heartbeat!) of Monarch Garden & Floral. Handle each bouquet as if it's a priceless work of art -- because it is. Assist withevent and seasonal decor installations, helping bring our creative floral designs to life for weddings, celebrations, and community events. Help with recycling, cleanup, and maintaining a tidy workspace -- sustainability and beauty go hand in hand here. Support delivery and setup for large-scale floral projects and community installations. Keep deliveries organized, timely, and handled with care. Provide warm, professional customer service at every stop.
What You Bring

A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliability, punctuality, and a cheerful spirit. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely -- arrangements, event materials, and decor can be substantial! Comfort using simple delivery apps or GPS tools. A love of flowers, people, teamwork, and making someone's day!
