Overview

Chillwater is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Delivery Driver / Vault Associate

to join our team. This hybrid position plays a key role in both

delivery operations

and

vault order fulfillment

. When delivery volume is low, you'll work inside the vault preparing orders, organizing inventory, and assisting with fulfillment needs.

Delivery Driver / Vault Associate

! In this fast-paced role, you'll deliver cannabis orders to customers and support vault order fulfillment. Ideal for someone who enjoys driving, customer interaction, and staying organized in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Load the delivery vehicle at the start of the day for scheduled deliveries Deliver cannabis orders to customers safely and efficiently Follow and enforce all state laws and regulations for cannabis delivery. Perform routine vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking fluids, changing tires) Manage delivery documents, ensuring manifests are completed and filed properly Assist in the vault during downtime including filling customer orders, labeling and organizing, restocking/replenishing products Performing cycle counts and assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, POS workflows, and other inventory or fulfillment systems used by the company Maintain professional, positive relationships with dispensary staff. Communicate promptly and effectively if issues arise during deliveries Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

At least one year of professional driving experience preferred Must be 21 years or older Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state-specific cannabis employment requirements Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry Meet Scheduling requirements, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends Prior cannabis experience not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Skills

Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a guest-first mindset Shows initiative and a proactive attitude, exercising sound independent judgment when necessary Knowledge of applicable cannabis laws and regulations, safety protocols, local municipal codes, organizational rules, and standard operating procedures Able to follow instructions accurately and incorporate constructive feedback from managers. Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information and complying with HIPAA requirements.

Additional Requirements

Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods, including: Moving about dispensary and delivery areas to fulfill assignments Remaining in stationary positions, including in a vehicle, to complete deliveries Communicating with individuals and groups directly Operating POS systems, computers, and other office equipment Preparing customer orders and inspecting order details Moving inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds Previous experience with POS systems preferred Ability to follow instructions, incorporate feedback, and operate with professionalism and integrity

Working Conditions:

Ability to work a 10-hour day when needed Patient and/or customer-facing environment Ability to work outdoors in varying or adverse weather conditions Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens present in a cannabis environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
