Position Overview

As a

Delivery Driver,

you'll safely deliver precast concrete products to job sites throughout the Midwest, operating a

manual 10-speed truck with a valid Class A CDL

and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. This position is ideal for a

self-sufficient, safety-minded driver.

Flexible part-time scheduling, you

pick the 3 days you want to work

Monday - Friday with deliveries made between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Compensation & Schedule

$0.64 per mile

Mileage:

~60,000-80,000 miles per year (and growing)

Part-Time, Year-Round Position

$500 one-time bonus

upon completion of crane training A few

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver precast concrete products to job sites and company locations across the Midwest (IN, IL, IA, OH, MI, WI, MN) Operate manual 10-speed trucks safely and efficiently under DOT regulations Load, secure, and unload materials using forklifts or truck-mounted cranes Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain driver logs and records Communicate effectively with dispatch and project managers to ensure on-time deliveries Perform light maintenance and cleaning of trucks and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve on-the-road issues independently and safely Uphold Tribute's standards for quality, safety, and customer service

Requirements

Valid

Class A

CDL

Experience driving

manual / 10-speed transmissions

(required) Clean driving record (no moving violations in past 12 months) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Experience with forklifts and trailer-mounted cranes preferred High school diploma or GED Must be willing to pass background check and drug screening Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated and dependable with a professional attitude
