Position Overview

The Delivery Driver & Service Tech role is primarily responsible for delivering Bazooka Farmstar &/or Blockbuster product, working in a team environment, and working to exceed customer expectations. This position interacts with our customers, showing respect and professionalism when handling customer concerns. Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot equipment when broken down, if needed. When deliveries are not needed, this role will then be assisting various departments at the facility such as grounds maintenance or assembly of products.

Ambition to continue learning new skills to help the team improve performance. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including company vehicle. Safely transport agricultural equipment and products to customer locations using company delivery trucks Perform equipment startup, installation assistance, and basic customer training Conduct on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving for delivered equipment Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer interaction records Provide exceptional customer service and technical support Assist with grounds maintenance and facility upkeep Support assembly operations across various product lines as needed Assist with loading, securing, and preparation of products for shipment Perform quality control inspections on outgoing equipment Align to company mission and core values. Follow company safety policies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Class A CDL with medical card, required. Passport preferred. Experience in the agricultural industry preferred, but not required. Some weekend and overtime hours available as needed, overnight stays likely. Possess strong verbal communication and time management skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
