Delivery and logistics:
Load and unload pizzas and other menu items from the restaurant into a delivery vehicle.
Navigate a specified delivery area, using maps or GPS, to reach customers' locations efficiently.
Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Protect and secure orders to ensure they remain hot, fresh, and accurate during transit.
Customer service and transactions:
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers at their door.
Collect cash and card payments and provide accurate change as needed.
Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally.
Restaurant duties:
Assist with in-store tasks during slow periods, which can include answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation.
Help with general cleaning duties, such as washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist with stocking ingredients, making boxes, and other preparatory duties.
Qualifications and requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
