JOB SUMMARY:

Drive company truck to deliver finished product and pick up raw materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completion of daily pick-up and delivery schedule. Completion of daily driving logs to manage mileage and timing of driving process. Maintenance of company vehicle per daily and weekly checklist. Assist in internal loading and unloading of vehicle. Assist in preparing shipments for loading and delivery. Assist warehouse, FPI, and assembly staff when daily driving schedule is light; including retail kitting, box making (Pack size), etc. Safe operation of lift truck and pallet jacks. Understand and maximize efficiency of pickup and delivery times by safely managing route. Uphold the company's core values by demonstrating selflessness, maintaining a "can do" attitude, consistently delivering results, and acting with integrity in all actions and decisions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience: Minimum 1-3 years warehouse shipping and/or receiving experience. Computer Skills: Experience with an MRP system, E-mail, Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to multitask and deal with problems involving different variables. Strong attention to detail. Other Qualifications: Experience with driving a 26' box truck is preferred. Previous experience driving a forklift is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.

Individuals must be able to stand for long periods of time. Will require walking on a level surface throughout the day as well as some climbing stairs. Periodic reaching above shoulder height, below the waist or lifting to move materials. Proper lifting techniques are required. include lifting up to 50 lbs. While the performance of this position will have frequent exposure to the manufacturing areas, no personal protective equipment is expected to be required. The primary environment including ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional conditions found in a light industrial environment. Weekend work will be required based on company demands.

This role is classified as safety sensitive. This means that the employee's performance can directly impact their safety and the safety of others. Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures is mandatory to prevent accidents and injuries. Responsibilities include the safe operation of equipment, proper handling of materials, and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.


Working hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Flexibility with working days and hours is required to meet customer demands.
