Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Valid AB driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current Medical Certificate
- Current Health Certificate
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including vans and box trucks
- Strong knowledge and compliance of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, as some deliveries may require heavy lifting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
