Delivery Associate

LUMINOUS LOGISTICS LLC- DDX6 (North Frisco, TX)

Get ready for an active role where you'll be in and out of our delivery van over 200 times during your route. Your role involves ascending and descending stairs, maneuvering through extended driveways, and managing parcels that weigh as much as 50 pounds. Come rain or shine, we work outdoors in all weather conditions. Makes for a great, daily workout!

What You'll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, you will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work up to 4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 21 years old

Acceptable Criminal Record Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (No "LOFS 21 & Over" Restrictions) Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to meet other physical demands of the job Must have a positive attitude Must be able to gain Step Van Certification after employment (paid training)

Shifts:

Morning (10am) until route completion- Weekday and Weekend (Sun and/or Sat required)

Pay increases based on consistent elevation on the performance ladder
