KOTAK Express is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) to Amazon looking for team players to deliver packages for Amazon Prime residential and commercial customers. Be part of a top performing team in the Bay Area Region delivering in company vans!

Starting pay at $26.00 an hour with additional hours available to high performers! Hourly base pay increases based on performance and tenure!

SEASONAL POSITION. FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

No CDL required. Must be 21 years or of age or older.

Starting hourly pay is $26.00!

Bonuses available during promotional periods!

Flexible work schedule

10 hour shifts per day Seasonal up through early January 2026 Part Time work (2-3 days a week) Full Time work (4-5 days a week) Minimum One Weekend Day (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Paid On The Road training hours

Qualifications:

Must have a team player attitude with a customer forward approach!

At least 21 years or older with valid driver's license (no CDL needed)

Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs as well as able to get in and out of a van quickly throughout the shift

Able to walk up to 4-5 miles a day

Able to get in and out of the van up to 200 times a day
