We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate efficiently within designated routes.
Duties
Must have own vehicle. Compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load and unload goods
inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries.
Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps to optimize delivery routes.
Skills
Proficiency in driving.
Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is highly valued.
Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and warehouse operations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling deliveries.
Capability to lift heavy items as required during loading/unloading processes.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to schedules.
