Job Description

Just In Time Logistics is hiring reliable Delivery Drivers to support daily package delivery operations. Drivers will pick up packages from our Decatur warehouse and complete deliveries using their own vehicle within assigned routes. This role offers consistent work, per-package pay, and flexible delivery hours.

Schedule

Operations run 7 days a week

Drivers work at least 4 days per week (up to 7 days, if they choose).

Weekend availability is required (2 weekend days per week mandatory)

Load time: 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM

Delivery window: 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Pay

$1.70 per package

Additional $0.80 per package at the same delivery location

Most drivers deliver 100-200+ packages per day

Average daily earnings: $150 - $300+

Routes are typically within one ZIP code

Responsibilities

Pick up packages from the warehouse

Scan and deliver packages accurately

Follow assigned routes using a smartphone

Communicate as needed during the route

Provide professional customer service

Safely handle and deliver packages

Requirements

Must have a reliable personal vehicle for deliveries

Valid driver's license

Reliable smartphone with data access

Ability to work early mornings

Weekend availability required

Strong reliability and time-management skills
