Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with loading and unloading products.

Responsibilities

Safely operate personal delivery vehicle, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload products efficiently. Navigate assigned routes for timely deliveries, ensuring that all packages are delivered in good condition. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.

Skills

Strong customer service skills to interact positively with customers and address any inquiries or concerns. Previous experience is a plus. Proven delivery driver experience, demonstrating reliability and punctuality. Ability to perform moderate lifting and moving tasks as required by the job. Familiarity with route driving techniques to optimize delivery efficiency. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position. A valid vehicle insurance policy.
