Job Overview

We are expanding and looking for a reliable, energetic, and professional Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our fast-paced distribution operation. This role combines logistics, customer interaction, and brand representation. Ideal candidates are hard-working, organized, and personable--with the ability to handle deliveries while serving as the face of the company to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cannabis products to licensed retail partners across New Mexico with professionalism and care. Serve as a brand representative during deliveries--professional demeanor and appearance are key. Plan delivery routes for maximum efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy. Safely load and unload products (up to 50 lbs), ensuring compliance with all cannabis transportation laws. Keep detailed records of deliveries, including signatures, manifests, and logs. Assist with warehouse operations: inventory handling, labeling, packaging, and prep when not on delivery. Communicate effectively with operations and clients throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in company vehicles; perform routine inspections. Use mobile and desktop software to track product movement and route updates.

Qualifications

Must be 21+with no felony convictions and able to pass a background check (Required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required) High School Diploma or GED (Required) Strong communication and customer service skills Physically able to lift, bend, and drive for extended periods Comfortable with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, GPS, inventory apps) Dependable, PUNCTUAL, and detail-oriented Prior experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics preferred Cannabis industry experience a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour day shifts Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE Location: Albuquerque, NM 87106

Relocation/Commute

: Must reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Albuquerque, NM before starting. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a professional with a strong driving record, warehouse experience, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo. The Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for dependability and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
