Lantman's Market is Hiring a Deli Manager!

Lantman's Market is located in the heart of our town and our employees are the heart of our business. Lantman's employees create the warm and inviting atmosphere that our customers adore. As an extension of this, we are in the process of revitalizing our deli department and we are seeking a passionate, deli manager to work with our culinary director to produce delicious sandwiches for our customers. Responsibilities may include:

Preparing and packaging foods according to recipes Preparing catered meals and platters Taking catering orders Occasional input on product mix, specials, or new recipes Ordering product Maintaining merchandised and back stocked inventory Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of storage spaces Supervising and delegating to deli associates Maintaining PLU and SLU databases in sync with POS system, adding new products to both etc. Supervising the preparation of deli salads, hot food, and cold packaged meals Interacting with guests and taking orders Maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines Washing dishes and cleaning
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to use some of the kitchen equipment.
