Job Description

We are seeking a

Deli Counter Associate

for our

Strongsville (Pearl Rd), OH

store. The Deli Associate will accurately and efficiently operate scales, slicers, and wrappers, cleans work station, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.

Acquire and share knowledge of Deli Department.

Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.

Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including: scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.

Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.

Attend required corporate meeting and training classes.

Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicant must be at least 18 years old to work in the Deli Department.

Previous deli or foodservice experience preferred, we will train.

Candidates must have the availability/ flexibility to work evenings and weekends

. Must also be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
