Snow's Family Market in Mercer WI is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Deli Assistant! Key Responsibilities:

Prepare deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and hot food Preparing and cooking rotisserie chickens Assist customers in selecting deli products, slicing lunch meats & cheeses and provide recommendations Stocking and refilling depleted inventory, rotating product as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Cleaning/sanitizing prep areas following all safety and sanitation procedures Follow food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints

If you have a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
