Defiance Harley-Davidson is seeking a

driven and experienced leader

to join our team as either a

Finance Manager or Sales Manager

, depending on your skills and background. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your

passion for motorcycles

with your

expertise in sales, finance, or both

, helping customers turn their dreams into reality while driving dealership success.

What You'll Do

Depending on your role and experience, you will:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals. Oversee showroom operations, customer flow, and the sales process. Structure and finalize deals, including

financing, insurance, and protection products

. Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Collaborate with service and parts departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Implement

creative promotions, events, and lead follow-up strategies

. Ensure all deals and paperwork are

accurate, compliant, and timely

.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of

sales and/or finance management experience

(automotive or powersports industry preferred). Proven record of

exceeding sales, gross, and profitability goals

. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. A motivated, customer-focused professional who leads by example. Valid driver's license (

motorcycle endorsement preferred

).
