Job Description

This position is responsible for preparing all types of baked goods for the display cases and packaging.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday - Holidays as needed

6:00am - 2:30pm Hours may vary during the holiday season Overtime is required if necessary based on business needs
Pay based on experience

Position functions and work hours may vary according to business needs.

Qualifications:

Must be able to set up and prepare cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods Must be able to work with buttercream Decorating skills required Exceptional handwriting skills Strong work ethic Ability to consistently work early schedules Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work in humid and hot environment Must be available on weekends & holidays Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Design cakes for special occasions Ice and decorate cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods Follow client specifications and special requests Adhere to food safety standards while preparing and handling products Stock and replenish display product Clean and maintain work-station Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs in a timely and effective manner
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
