What We're Looking For in a Subcontractor Crew

Proven experience in deck building and framing (preferably with composite materials like Trex, TimberTech, and others).

A fully equipped crew with tools, transportation, and the ability to work independently.

Attention to detail - We expect high-quality craftsmanship that meets our standards.

A commitment to timelines and professionalism on job sites.

Ability to provide photos of previous work demonstrating skill and craftsmanship.

General Liability & Workers' Compensation Insurance (or ability to obtain).
