Job Overview
We are seeking a crew of skilled Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation techniques and be proficient in using power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, laying down and clipping composite decking. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Pay is weekly and starts at 20/hr. If you're professional, proficient, the pay will raise.
Jobs are in North Olmstead, Aurora, and Avon.
Duties
Perform for High end residential communities. Utilize power tools effectively Fabricate components as necessary to meet project needs and specifications. Conduct some trim carpentry work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of deck installations and composite decking. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.

Requirements
Please have a tool belt, with basic tools. Proficiency in using power tools Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the day. Have your own transportation Wear proper attire.
