Our next Crew Leader will enjoy a stable work schedule every week while managing their crew, they will understand how to deliver a permanent, high-quality solution for the customer's home deck issues. You'll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month. You'll enjoy using equipment that works properly and have access to all personal protective equipment needed to complete all jobs in a safe manner. You will also benefit from the best hands-on training in the industry.

Required Experience

Measuring, cutting and assembling wood or composite materials Deck installation Finishing work Customer service Leadership Valid Driver's License

Preferred Experience

Ability to interpret plans and sketches accurately Management of teams (2+)
