Georgetown Auto Sales, Georgetown, Kentucky Job Type: Full-time Georgetown Auto Sales is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in the dealership\'s success by effectively managing the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively helping salespeople closed deals. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed established sales goals
• Monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Provide training and support to sales team members
• Work with the sales team to structure deals that maximize profit while meeting customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry and market trends

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in automotive sales management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a requirement

Supplemental pay types:
