Responsibilities
Manage all internet leads and incoming phones calls to the dealership
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
Answer questions and inquires about vehicle availability and pricing
Manager dealership website to ensure accuracy and a great online experience for customers
Manage social media and email campaigns
Analyze reports and performance of advertising sources
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred
Passionate about helping customers
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Knowledgeable with technology and Microsoft applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
