Compensation:

$19 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle's integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction Explain automotive systems issues to customers to ensure a clear, transparent repair process

Qualifications:

National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal Possess a high school diploma or GED
