Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for dealing games professionally, accurately and according to policies and procedures and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
Must be able to notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/ or transaction during the shift. Deal assigned games accurately. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. Maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of each table game type including Craps
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Ability to deal cards using both hands
- Excellent math skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mississippi Gaming permit
