Become a Key Player as a Deal Desk Analyst
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will structure profitable, compliant transactions that support Adobe's North America Digital Marketing Sales teams and accelerate deal closures. You'll manage first-line approvals and partner closely with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and speed. Work model: Hybrid, three days onsite in San Jose (Tue-Thu).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and meet with sales teams to structure transactions.
Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Communicate deal value through documented business cases to cross-functional stakeholders.
Perform to specified metrics and service levels; prepare in-quarter deal status updates for management.
Ensure transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
Interact with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, and Credit.
Regularly align with sales teams to ensure consistent application of process and policy.
Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk.
Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
