DC Manager (Chiropractor)

Locations: Thornton, Lakewood, Englewood & Westminster, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $425/day ($110,500 annually) + 10-15% annual performance bonus

We're seeking a motivated

DC Manager

to oversee multiple high-performing chiropractic clinics across the Denver metro area. If you're an experienced chiropractor with a passion for clinical excellence, team development, and operational success, this is an opportunity to lead with purpose and make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do

Provide expert, evidence-based chiropractic care across multiple clinics. Mentor and coach chiropractors and clinic staff to reach their full potential. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive clinic growth. Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams. Ensure each clinic delivers an exceptional patient experience every day.

About You

Proven leadership experience and a passion for developing people. Skilled at balancing patient care with operational and performance management. Organized, proactive, and results-driven. Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from a CCE-accredited college. NBCE Parts I-IV completed (SPEC accepted in lieu of Part IV). Active, unrestricted Colorado chiropractic license. Eligible for malpractice coverage in Colorado. Willing to commute to or relocate near Thornton, Lakewood, Englewood, and Westminster.
