Responsibilities:

YOU'LL

DO

As a Hauler you will be responsible for retrieving and relocating all products from all facility areas and ensuring proper placement of such merchandise in its respective area.+ Make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve. + Apply a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

EXPECTATIONS

+ Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement. + Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
+ Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
+ Responsible for retrieving all merchandise on all receiving docks, stack lanes, and put-away locations.
+ Responsible for using RF scan guns to relocate all merchandise and accurately assign products to their physical location and systematically.
+ Responsible for compliance of maintaining product placement in respective and proper zone locations.
+ Responsible for completing all operational processes related to the relocation of merchandise.
+ Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
+ Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

+ At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. + Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
+ Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
+ Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
