The Daycare Worker's primary role is fostering youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. We are looking for an Daycare Worker who is devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing kids to reach their full potential! You have the chance to have an eternal impact and be a role model to kids in your community. A Daycare Worker is non-exempt, part-time position that average 17-20 hours per week.
At Mentoring Alliance After School, we hire teachers, youth workers, teen workers, college students, mentors and more to serve and develop kids in our programs. As a Christian ministry we are geared toward serving kids and students in our community by offering awesome after school care and activities.
