About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and dependable

Child Caregivers

to join our Infant and Toddler team! You'll provide loving care, support early developmental milestones, and help create a safe, engaging space for our youngest learners.

What You'll Do:

Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for infants and toddlers. Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and naptime. Plan simple, engaging activities that encourage growth and curiosity. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom. Communicate with families and collaborate with coworkers. Follow DHS and center health and safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

Experience caring for infants or toddlers in a licensed setting. Knowledge of early childhood development and milestones. Meets DHS caregiver qualifications (ECE degree, CDA, or equivalent). CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Reliable, patient, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Physical Needs:

Able to lift up to 25 lbs (40 lbs in emergency). Frequent standing, walking, bending, and diaper changes required.
