What You'll Be Doing:

Team Builder

: Recruit, train, and support amazing teachers and staff.

Curriculum Champion

: Plan engaging programs that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Operations Pro

: Keep our facility running smoothly, safely, and within licensing guidelines.

Communication Star

: Foster open, respectful communication with staff and families.

Policy Guru

: Create and implement center policies that keep things organized and efficient.

Customer Care Expert

: Greet parents, give tours, and ensure every family feels welcome.

Event Extraordinaire

: Plan fun family events and build a sense of community within our center.

Admin All-Star

: Handle budgeting, billing, record-keeping, and emails like a pro.
What We're Looking For:

A leader with

a big heart and strong organizational skills

Experience in

early childhood education

A deep understanding of

state childcare regulations and licensing standards

Someone who thrives in a

fast-paced, joyful, and kid-filled environment

Bonus points for experience with systems like
