What you'll do

Safely transport children to and from daycare, as well as school ensuring their comfort and security throughout the journey. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding pick-up and drop-off times, addressing any concerns with professionalism. Manage behavior on the bus, implementing positive behavior management techniques to create a harmonious environment. Assist children in boarding and disembarking safely, providing support as needed. Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, incidents, and vehicle maintenance logs. Collaborate with daycare staff to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless transitions for children. Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children's social interactions during transit.

Basic qualifications

Valid driver's license. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued. Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills to engage positively with parents and guardians. Background in childcare or teaching is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with young passengers.
