Now hiring Daytime Crew Members/Bakers Crew Members at Crumbl - Benton in Benton, AR! Come be a part of this fast-growing company where we "bring families together over the best box of cookies!"



Crumbl has quickly seen it's success grow as it has spread like wildfire across the country. If you are friendly, reliable and customer service oriented we would love to talk to you! All shifts available 5am - midnight, Monday through Saturday. The job duties include but are not limited to:

Running the register Mixing dough Balling dough Cleaning the store Folding boxes Decorating cookies Preparing catering orders Answering phones Helping with customer service No previous experience necessary


Pay is $10-12 per hour plus tips (tips typically are an additional $2-4 per hour), depending on previous experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 16 years or older to apply Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods Legally eligible to work in the United States Excellent communication skills Time management skills Ability to lift 50 lbs Able to stand for hours at a time Must be able to work some Saturdays

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
