Beautiful Life DD Services is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate
Day Site Coordinator
to lead our Day Services Program. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that individuals with developmental disabilities receive high-quality, person-centered support in a safe, engaging, and empowering environment.
The Day Site Coordinator reports directly to the Director of DD Services and is responsible for managing daily program operations, supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Person-Centered Program Coordination
Implement and monitor ISPs, habilitation plans, behavior plans, and risk plans
Coordinate meaningful activities that promote independence, socialization, and community involvement
Track participant progress and adjust programming based on needs and goals
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure alignment with Title 404 NAC, HCBS Settings Rule, and agency policies
Maintain accurate documentation and meet all regulatory expectations
Staff Supervision & Leadership
Supervise, coach, and support DSPs
Provide training in trauma-informed care, positive behavior support, crisis intervention, and person-centered planning
Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability
Communication & Collaboration
Participate in ISP meetings and team conferences
Maintain consistent communication with families, guardians, service coordinators, and community partners
Documentation & Recordkeeping
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Protect confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
Program Operations & Safety Oversight
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized program environment
Manage safety protocols, emergency procedures, and supply needs
Crisis Management
Respond to behavioral or medical incidents appropriately
Ensure staff follow approved crisis intervention techniques
Complete and review incident reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of 404 NAC, Medicaid HCBS, and person-centered practices
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate staff and maintain positive team culture
Proficient in documentation and regulatory compliance
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet background check requirements
Ability to lift and support individuals as needed
